The administrator has applied technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following were taken into account: the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item . 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

3.phone number to the recipient of the shipment – necessary in the case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers);
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for data other than those indicated during registration or placing an order, please additionally provide:
1.name and surname or name of the company / institution – necessary to issue a proof of sale;
2. NIP (tax identification number) – necessary to issue a proof of sale, if you are buying on behalf of the company;
3. address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) – necessary to issue a proof of sale;
The data provided when placing the order are processed by mycraftime.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:
1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also an order for delivery depending on the selected type of shipment;
2. name and surname, address, tax identification number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system that supports the accounting system of Cameleon Małgorzata Ossendowska at the moment.
If you use an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator’s website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by mycraftime.com.
The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the storage time of accounting documents.
